Product Innovation Manager – US Mid-Market

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Product Innovation Manager for its US Mid‑Market segment. The role will lead the development and scaling of growth‑focused products and services within the Mid‑Market Accelerator, helping mid‑market customers manage spend, optimize working capital, and modernize financial workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Drive secular shift in B2B payments by developing and scaling next‑generation Growth Products & Services within the Mid‑Market Accelerator suite.
• Own product strategy and roadmap, identifying unmet needs and whitespace opportunities.
• Translate market and customer insights into new product concepts, features, and value propositions.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through commercialization, including positioning, packaging, and pricing.
• Partner with sales and account teams to drive commercialization, adoption, and revenue growth.
• Define and track product performance metrics such as revenue, usage, and customer impact.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with global product, engineering, and product sales teams to execute roadmap priorities.
• Engage directly with customers to validate product‑market fit and continuously refine offerings.

Required profile

• Proven product leader with experience in B2B payments or financial services.
• Ability to identify whitespace, shape product roadmaps, and drive end‑to‑end commercialization.
• Strong commercial mindset and experience partnering with sales and account teams.
• Excellent collaboration skills across global product, engineering, and sales functions.
