Product Implementation Consultant

About the role

As a Product Implementation Consultant at Cariina, you will lead the post‑sale implementation journey for school districts, ensuring a rapid and seamless launch of the Cariina platform. Reporting to the CTO/Co‑Founder, you will act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding and implementation of the Cariina platform, customizing solutions for each district.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Provide on‑site and virtual training to maximize platform adoption.
• Build trust with district leaders, manage change resistance, and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, documenting progress in the CRM and offering white‑glove support until transition to a Success Manager.
• Travel 80%+ of the time to client sites across the U.S. to deliver hands‑on support.

Required profile

• Based in Boston or willing to relocate.
• 2+ years in a customer‑facing technical role such as SaaS implementation, POS systems, account management, or solutions engineering.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage parallel projects.
• High energy, customer‑first attitude, and willingness to work in a fast‑paced startup environment.
