Product Engineer (Frontend/UX)

About the role

We are partnering with a YC‑backed AI startup that powers outbound workflows for high‑growth companies. As a Product Engineer you will shape the user experience, work directly with customers, and deliver polished front‑end features that drive the product forward.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in Slack to gather pain points and translate feedback into UI/UX improvements.
• Own product tickets that involve front‑end and design work, easing the load on the sole designer.
• Build intuitive, high‑quality interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Interpret vague user requests and break them down into well‑designed product solutions.
• Collaborate closely with co‑founders and the founding engineer to set product direction and ship rapidly.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in front‑end or full‑stack engineering with strong product sense.
• Background in a high‑growth startup or similar fast‑paced environment.
• Computer Science degree from a top‑25 university (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver UI‑heavy features in production.
• Strong React and front‑end skills combined with a keen eye for UI/UX.
