About the role

niyamit is looking for an experienced Product Architect to lead an Agile team delivering secure, scalable, and high‑performance solutions for a federal client. This hybrid position combines hands‑on technical leadership with strategic design across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and evolve the product architecture to meet performance, security, and scalability goals.
• Lead an Agile development team, guiding design, implementation, and delivery of end‑to‑end solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure architectural consistency across cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product or Software Architect in complex, multi‑platform projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on‑site 1‑2 days per week in Ashburn, VA.
