Procurement Specialist

About the role

As a Procurement Specialist at H&M Group, you will drive the Sales Market procurement strategy, ensuring a compliant, cost‑efficient and future‑ready supplier base that aligns with global construction and facilities standards. The position is hybrid and reports to the Facilities & Procurement Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate procurement strategies for the Sales Market in collaboration with global and local teams.
• Manage strategic governance of market agreements, conduct vendor meetings and set KPI targets.
• Support and execute procurements with Sales Market teams, maintaining tools and templates such as RFI/RFP documents.
• Draft and update documentation in partnership with Legal, and act as a subject‑matter expert on procurement matters.
• Educate Sales Market teams on procurement, supplier management and negotiation best practices.
• Represent the Sales Market in procurement forums and collaborate closely with Construction & Facilities teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Facility Management, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in a global retail or fashion environment.
• Strong analytical, strategic and negotiation capabilities.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
