Procurement Manager, Systems and Interiors

About the role

BETA Technologies is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic and tactical procurement and subcontracting for systems and interior components supporting its electric aircraft programs. The role involves managing a team of buyers and subcontract administrators while collaborating with engineering, quality, operations, finance, and program teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement and subcontracting activities for assigned systems, interiors, and related components.
• Develop procurement plans, acquisition strategies, SOWs, RFPs, and supplier selection recommendations.
• Conduct commercial negotiations, contracts, pricing, and supplier agreements.
• Manage supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and schedule.
• Identify and mitigate supplier risks and support production readiness and ramp.
• Provide commercial leadership during program and supplier reviews.
• Mentor and develop buyers and subcontract administrators to build a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of procurement experience, including 3+ years of people leadership.
• Experience managing complex supplier portfolios and aerospace system & interior categories.
• Proven ability to work with global suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
