Procurement Manager

About the role

AHF Products is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing for Installation Materials & Accessories (IMA) and resilient chemical raw materials. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality supplies that meet both company and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for assigned categories, aligning with business and supply‑chain objectives.
• Lead RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and sourcing initiatives in partnership with the Global Sourcing team.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial agreements, terms, and long‑term supply strategies with domestic and international suppliers.
• Serve as a trusted procurement advisor to cross‑functional teams, providing market intelligence and sourcing recommendations.
• Create and maintain supplier performance scorecards and KPIs to monitor quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.
• Build collaborative supplier relationships that foster continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and development initiatives to reduce defects, optimize costs, and strengthen capabilities.
