Procurement, Growth & Strategic Relationships Lead

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking a Procurement, Growth & Strategic Relationships Lead to act as the bridge between the agency and client procurement and strategic sourcing teams. This hybrid position will be based in or near one of our U.S. hubs and focuses on unlocking long‑term partnerships and driving growth across our healthcare communications portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing client procurement and strategic sourcing stakeholders.
• Generate and qualify leads within client procurement organizations, creating a robust pipeline of introductory and expansion opportunities.
• Plan, organize, and lead client procurement capability meetings, delivering curated content that showcases Real Chemistry’s services.
• Introduce capability and account leads to new stakeholders and decision‑makers to create fresh entry points for growth.
• Partner with client leads to understand business priorities and procurement dynamics, translating insights into expansion strategies.

• Relationship‑driven leader with experience navigating client procurement and strategic sourcing environments.
• Proven ability to open doors, build credibility, and deepen engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling capability content.
