Procurement Expert – Document Evaluator – AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Expert to evaluate AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will apply deep domain knowledge in procurement and vendor management to assess the quality of AI outputs and provide structured feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated artifacts against domain‑specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Apply procurement and vendor‑management expertise to grade outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meeting deadlines while ensuring high‑quality evaluations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in procurement or vendor management.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Google Slides.
• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time autonomously.

What we offer
