Procurement Coordinator – Promotional Development

About the role
Join Shiseido Americas’ Procurement team as a Procurement Coordinator focused on Promotional Development. You will ensure high‑quality data collection, maintenance and analysis for point‑of‑sale material sourcing and purchasing across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Create, maintain and classify new items in SAP.
- Establish data‑collection processes with suppliers for sustainability information, material specifications, dimensions and weights.
- Collect, validate and maintain procurement data across systems to guarantee accuracy, consistency and completeness.
- Act as the primary control point for procurement data integrity within SAP and related tools.
- Support sourcing initiatives, supplier management activities and develop standard operating procedures.
Required profile
- Experience supporting indirect procurement or point‑of‑sale material teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
- Proactive communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Required skills
- SAP (procurement module)
