About the role
The Process & Workflow Administrator supports the University of Arkansas’s finance and operations teams by managing and optimizing business processes within the Workday platform. The role ensures efficient workflow design, accurate data handling, and compliance with university policies.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday process and workflow modules.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and IT stakeholders to map and improve business processes.
- Monitor workflow performance, generate reports, and recommend enhancements.
- Provide training and support to end‑users on Workday workflow functionality.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with university and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning or workflow management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
