Process Support Engineer IV

About the role

The Process Support Engineer (PSE) will guide semiconductor equipment through its full lifecycle, from concept to qualification. You will provide high‑visibility on‑site customer support, perform system diagnoses, and service complex equipment used in advanced chip manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site installations, system diagnostics, and repair of complex semiconductor equipment.
• Collaborate with customers to develop leading‑edge processes for advanced chip production.
• Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE), analyze data statistically, and compile high‑level reports.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, conduct root‑cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering issues.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to build trust and achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
• 7–10 years of dry‑etch experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
• Strong leadership skills to guide problem‑solving teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
