Process Performance Engineer II

About the role

The Process Performance Engineer II will support Airbus U.S. Manufacturing teams by providing technical assistance to optimise industrial processes. The role focuses on improving safety, cost, quality and lead‑time while implementing effective methods, products and organisational solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PERT/GANTT diagrams to identify task dependencies and critical paths.
• Create line‑balancing plans for each MSN and analyse industrial capacities.
• Calculate workforce requirements and support production scheduling.
• Drive implementation of process‑optimisation solutions across the A220 and A320 production lines.
• Collaborate with electrical, structural and quality teams on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Proven experience providing technical assistance to production teams.
• Ability to optimise industrial processes while meeting safety, cost, quality and lead‑time criteria.
• Strong analytical mindset for capacity and workforce analysis.
