Process Performance Engineer I

About the role

As a Process Performance Engineer I you will support Airbus production teams by providing technical assistance to optimise industrial processes while meeting safety, cost, quality and lead‑time targets. You will act as a catalyst for implementing effective methods, processes and organisational solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop PERT and GANTT diagrams to identify task dependencies and critical paths.
• Create line‑balancing plans for each MSN and define critical paths.
• Analyse industrial capacities and calculate required workforce and resources.
• Build simulation scenarios to evaluate alternative production strategies.
• Provide technical assistance on methods, products and process optimisation.
