Process Manager II – Engineering & Process Development

About the role

The Process Manager II will lead engineering and process development initiatives within a high-speed consumer-goods manufacturing environment. You will design, optimize and automate production workflows to boost efficiency, scalability and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, optimize and implement manufacturing and operational process improvements.
• Develop technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability and automation.
• Create and prioritize technical operations roadmaps for new capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams in problem definition, technical design and solution rollout.
• Analyze operational data to support decision-making and strategy.
• Investigate risks, issues and escalations, identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
• Design automated workflows to reduce manual effort and increase productivity.
• Support engineers, analysts and operations teams by resolving escalations and providing technical guidance.
• Continuously identify gaps in the operations ecosystem and drive improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or process development.
• Background in diaper manufacturing or a similar high-speed consumer-goods environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Data-driven analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
