Process Integration Engineer IV

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Process Integration Engineer IV to design and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced display and semiconductor technologies. The role involves data collection, hardware characterization, and troubleshooting to support the Integrated Materials Solutions (IMS) business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to IMS FEOL projects for advanced CMOS logic design, collecting and analyzing experimental data.
• Design, implement, and validate new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation within safety guidelines.
• Develop process engineering specifications, technical reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive complex engineering experiments, generate innovative solutions, and act as primary inventor on patents and publications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 4–7 years of experience in process engineering, preferably with FEOL and CMOS technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex, high‑impact problems and lead project milestones.
