About the role
As a Process Integration Engineer III you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced semiconductor and display technologies, collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues while collaborating with R&D teams and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to IMS FEOL projects for advanced CMOS logic design.
- Collect, analyze, and report on complex process engineering experiments.
- Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects across multiple product lines.
- Design and implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.
- Generate internal and external technical documentation and process specifications.
- Lead research and development of innovative technologies, often as primary inventor on patents.
Required profile
- PhD in materials science, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CMOS integration, FEOL products, and key CMOS modules/processes.
- Awareness of technical and business directions of key customers and competitors.

- Salary range $108,000 – $148,500 per year.
