Process Improvement Engineer II

About the role

Victoria’s Secret & Co’s Beauty team is looking for a Process Improvement Engineer II to drive product integrity through data‑focused process enhancements. In this role you will design reporting solutions, automate workflows and partner with cross‑functional teams across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Define, organize and maintain KPIs, metric definitions and reporting routines to improve visibility across the supply chain.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, trackers and reporting tools using Power BI, SharePoint, Excel and related databases.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership and operational teams.
• Build automation solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, converting manual trackers and email‑based processes into Power Apps, SharePoint lists, automated forms and dashboards.
• Maintain intake tools, approvals, notifications and access‑management workflows to support consistent execution.
• Lead process‑improvement projects that simplify workflows, standardize reporting and increase efficiency.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, document processes and ensure adoption of new tools.

Required profile

• Engineer with strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies and a track record of delivering data‑driven process improvements.
• Experience building scalable reporting solutions and automating recurring workflows.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into practical tools.
