Process Engineer – Semiconductor & Display Manufacturing

About the role

As a Process Engineer you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, troubleshoot complex engineering issues, and generate technical documentation while collaborating with customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on challenging process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization on a variety of advanced systems.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, conduct root‑cause analysis, and resolve difficult process issues.
• Measure film properties, interpret results, and produce internal documentation and technical reports.
• Engage with customers to address process concerns and partner with vendors to implement new technologies and analytical instrumentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant process engineering experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex problem solving and technical analysis.
