Process Engineer – Manufacturing

About the role

Enovis is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join its Manufacturing Engineering team in Vista, California. The role focuses on developing and optimizing formulations, manufacturing processes, and equipment systems from pilot through full‑scale production for the Bracing & Support business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute process improvement projects, tracking KPIs to identify opportunities.
• Analyze process quality and output data, applying root‑cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Define equipment requirements and build business cases for investment.
• Plan and implement New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including manufacturing process design and validation.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, ensuring compliance with GMP and QMS standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Maintenance, Customer Care, and Human Resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with CAD modeling (SolidWorks) and GMP/QMS documentation.
• Ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
