Process Engineer

About the role

As a Process Engineer you will design and optimise manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies. You will collect and analyse data, perform hardware characterisation, and troubleshoot complex engineering issues while collaborating with customers, vendors and internal R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design experiments, collect data, analyse results and compile detailed reports.
• Perform hardware characterisation on a variety of advanced systems.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, conduct root‑cause analysis and resolve process engineering issues.
• Measure film properties, interpret data and generate technical documentation.
• Engage with customers to resolve process concerns under limited supervision.
• Identify, select and partner with vendors and suppliers for new technologies.
• Implement new products, analytical instrumentation and serve as a resource for junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 4–7 years of relevant process engineering experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in solving complex technical problems.
