Process Engineer

About the role

The Process Engineer will design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments. The role includes hardware characterization, troubleshooting, and supporting customers with process issues.

Key responsibilities

• Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on difficult process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization on a variety of systems.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and resolve process engineering issues.
• Measure film properties and interpret data.
• Generate internal documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Communicate with customers to resolve complex issues under limited supervision.
• Identify and partner with vendors and suppliers, implement new technology and analytical instrumentation.
• Serve as a resource for junior colleagues and lead project teams as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4‑7 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.

Required skills
