Process Engineer IV

About the role

As a Process Engineer you will design and optimise manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies. You will collect and analyse data, perform hardware characterisation, troubleshoot engineering issues and generate technical documentation while collaborating with customers, vendors and R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design experiments, collect data, analyse results and compile reports for multiple products.
• Utilise and develop techniques to characterise hardware and perform high‑volume hardware characterisation.
• Generate internal and external documentation, presentations and technical reports.
• Develop, plan and execute process‑engineering projects within safety guidelines.
• Train engineers on film‑property measurement techniques and guide data interpretation.
• Communicate with customers to resolve complex process‑engineering issues.
• Design and implement new technologies, products and analytical instrumentation.
• Identify, select and partner with vendors and suppliers; lead functional teams as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 7‑10 years of relevant process‑engineering experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in solving complex technical problems.
