Process Engineer IV

About the role

As a Process Engineer IV you will design, execute and analyze manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies. You will work with complex hardware, collect on‑wafer data, and collaborate with customers and internal R&D teams to drive innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run complex process engineering experiments, collect on‑wafer structural and electrical data, and compile detailed reports.
• Perform hardware characterization on advanced plasma‑etch and other semiconductor equipment.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Generate internal and external technical documentation, presentations, and reports.
• Interact with customers to resolve process, hardware, and integration challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in physics, chemistry, materials science, electrical or chemical engineering (advanced degree a plus).
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device characterization, thin‑film analysis, and plasma‑etch hardware.
• Experience with silicon wafer plasma processing equipment and understanding of semiconductor process technology.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
