Process Engineer IV

About the role

As a Process Engineer you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies, collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, troubleshoot engineering issues, and collaborate with customers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments for multiple products.
• Utilize techniques, define methods, and apply new technologies to characterize hardware across many complex systems.
• Generate internal and external documentation, presentations, technical reports, and process engineering specifications.
• Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects within safety guidelines.
• Train engineers in film‑property measurement techniques and guide data interpretation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues with limited supervision.
• Design and implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• Identify, select, and partner with vendors and suppliers with limited supervision.
• Lead functional teams or projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7‑10 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Experience on the Productivity Team for SRP (Selective Removal Products) in the Etch Business Unit.
