Process Engineer IV

About the role

As a Process Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, troubleshoot engineering issues, measure film properties, generate technical documentation, and engage with customers to resolve concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization on a variety of systems.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, conduct root‑cause analysis, and resolve process engineering issues.
• Measure film properties and interpret the results.
• Generate internal documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Communicate with customers to resolve complex issues under limited supervision.
• Identify, select, and partner with vendors and suppliers.
• Implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• Serve as a resource for junior colleagues and lead project teams as needed.

Required profile

• PhD in a related field with relevant industry experience, or a MS with 3+ years, or a BS with 7+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex problem solving.
