Process Engineer IV

About the role

As a Process Engineer you will design and optimise manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies, collect and analyse data, perform hardware characterisation and troubleshoot engineering issues while collaborating with customers, vendors and internal R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new system/chambers for advanced packaging applications and qualify products from C&F to high‑volume manufacturing at customer sites.
• Design experiments, collect data, analyse results and compile technical reports for multiple products.
• Perform hardware characterisation on complex systems and generate internal and external documentation, specifications and presentations.
• Train engineers on film‑property measurement techniques and guide data interpretation, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Engage with customers to resolve complex process‑engineering issues and lead functional project teams as needed.

Required profile

• MS or Ph.D. in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7‑10 years of relevant experience (minimum).
• Demonstrated expertise in solving complex engineering problems and leading projects.
