Process Engineer IV – CVD Process Development

About the role

As a Process Engineer you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies, collecting data, performing hardware characterization, and troubleshooting engineering issues.

Key responsibilities

• Drive innovation and development of CVD process and hardware technology.
• Define technical paths to solve high‑value problems and lead development projects.
• Perform process and hardware characterization on complex systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver world‑class performance solutions.

Required profile

• Regarded as a technical expert in semiconductor processing with strong understanding of plasma physics.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and developing execution strategies.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability to break down and resolve high‑value challenges.
