Process Engineer III – Semiconductor & Display Manufacturing

About the role

As a Process Engineer you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies, collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues while collaborating with customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Design experiments, collect data, analyze results and compile reports on complex process engineering studies.
• Perform hardware characterization on a variety of systems and measure film properties.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, conduct root‑cause analysis and resolve process engineering issues.
• Generate internal documentation, technical reports and presentations.
• Engage with customers to resolve process concerns and partner with vendors to implement new technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or display process engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex problem solving and customer account technical support.

Required skills

• Metal Chemical Vapor Deposition (Metal CVD) and Metal Atomic Layer Deposition (Metal ALD) processes.
• Hardware characterization and film property measurement.
• Root Cause Analysis and process tuning.
