Process Engineer III – (E3)

About the role

As a Process Engineer III you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies, collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues. You will collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and R&D teams on cutting‑edge CVD products that enable current and future semiconductor device nodes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive innovation and development of CVD process & hardware technology.
• Define technical path to solve high‑value problems.
• Develop, plan and execute process engineering development projects.
• Lead and participate in discussions with internal and external stakeholders to deliver world‑class performance solutions.
• Advance in‑depth understanding of process, hardware and their interaction in highly complex systems.
• Perform process and hardware characterization on highly complex systems.

Required profile

• Regarded as a technical expert with experience in semiconductor processing technology.
• Leads projects of significant complexity and develops execution strategies.
• Identifies high‑value problems, breaks down complex challenges, and devises solutions with multiple trade‑offs.
• Impacts direction of process and hardware development for current and future technologies.
• Works independently and collaboratively across diverse teams; excellent communication skills.
