Process Engineer III – CVD Process Development

About the role
As a Process Engineer III you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced display and semiconductor technologies. You will work on next‑generation chemical vapor deposition (CVD) products, collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues while collaborating with internal R&D teams and external vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Drive innovation and development of CVD process and hardware technology.
- Define technical paths to solve high‑value problems and lead execution of process‑engineering projects.
- Perform process and hardware characterization on complex systems and generate technical documentation.
- Lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders to deliver performance solutions to customers.
- Advance in‑depth understanding of process‑hardware interactions and integrate new films into semiconductor device manufacturing.
Required profile
- Technical expertise in semiconductor processing and CVD techniques.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and develop execution strategies.
- Strong problem‑solving skills to break down and resolve multi‑disciplinary challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for independent and team collaboration across diverse expertise.
