Process Engineer – Advanced Packaging

About the role

As a Process Engineer you will design and optimise manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies. You will collect and analyse data, perform hardware characterisation, troubleshoot engineering issues, measure film properties and produce technical documentation while working closely with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, collect data, analyse and compile results for complex process‑engineering experiments across multiple modules and establish process baselines.
• Characterise hardware‑process interactions using advanced techniques to enable performance optimisation and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and partners to resolve complex process issues and support product development.
• Develop and validate process improvements through statistical analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE), ensuring repeatability.
• Communicate with customers to resolve engineering issues and generate internal/external documentation.
• Plan and execute process‑engineering projects within safety guidelines and train engineers in measurement techniques.
• Identify, select and partner with vendors for capability enhancement and lead functional teams as needed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of relevant process‑engineering experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in solving complex technical problems.
