Process Development Technologist

About the role

As a Process Development Technologist you will lead manufacturing projects, delivering process development and line trials to meet customer requirements and drive continuous improvement within Greencore’s Boston facility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and execute process development and line trials to support new product launches and process improvements.
• Provide information for creating accurate customer and factory specifications and product labelling.
• Offer process guidance to cross‑functional manufacturing teams to adopt new practices for increased efficiency.
• Monitor and communicate process trends to ensure launch dates are met and processes are optimised.
• Investigate continuous improvement opportunities and facilitate relevant trials.
• Document line trial outcomes, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality standards and customer requirements.
• Assess equipment capability to align process standards with company and customer expectations.
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with the Health, Safety and Environment Policy.
