About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to lead patient care in our Procedural Critical Care unit at Jeff Highway. The RN will use the nursing process within the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards, delegating and directing team members to achieve quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and assess learning needs.
Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources, serving as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
Use data and knowledge to evaluate and promote changes for optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Current RN license in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
No prior work experience required.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
