Private Tax Manager – Private Business Advisory

About the role

Join PwC Private as a Private Tax Manager and support privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs and high‑net‑worth individuals with comprehensive tax advisory services. You will work across the full business life‑cycle, from inception to growth, maturity and transition, helping clients optimise cash flow, manage wealth and plan strategic exits.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance, planning and advisory services to private companies and family enterprises.
• Assist clients with wealth management, cash‑flow optimisation, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.
• Develop customised service plans that align with each client’s unique business objectives.
• Analyse complex tax issues and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• Coach junior team members, promote best practices and uphold PwC’s code of ethics.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in tax advisory for private businesses or high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
