Private School Admissions Consultant

About the role

Cardinal Education is seeking a Private School Admissions Consultant to guide families through the elite private school application process. You will develop personalized strategies, help students articulate their passions, and support every stage of the admissions journey.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive admissions training program, including shadowing and CEO mentorship.
• Develop compelling personal narratives and assist with essay brainstorming, outlining, editing, and proofreading.
• Prepare students for interviews and advise families on all other application components.
• Collaborate closely with the Private School Admissions Team and senior consultants.
• Stay current on national and international private‑school admission requirements.
• Provide ongoing, responsive consultation to families throughout the process.

Required profile

• At least 2–3 years of experience in private‑school or college admissions consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings and weekends and commit to a minimum of one year.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects within a team environment.
