Private Duty LPN – Adult Care

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) passionate about homecare to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team in the Upstate area. You will provide one‑to‑one adult care in clients' homes, following doctors' orders and documenting care.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you help set and provide personalized nursing care.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Record observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.

Required skills

• Ability to follow and document doctors' orders.
• Competence in performing patient assessments and monitoring vital signs.
