About the role

Join J.P. Morgan Wealth Management as a Private Client Investment Associate, supporting Private Client Advisors in delivering top‑tier investment solutions to high‑net‑worth clients. You will act as a key operational hub, ensuring accurate account opening, money movement, and trade execution while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational requests such as new account openings, fund transfers, and investment trades with precision and speed.
• Assist Advisors in building and maintaining client relationships, handling inquiries, and providing up‑to‑date account information.
• Support wealth‑planning activities, referral source management, and new lead generation.
• Prepare performance reports and promote firm services during client and account reviews.
• Engage in risk‑management activities, including KYC procedures, account reviews, and regulatory inquiries.
• Complete required operational forms and documentation to meet compliance standards.
• Prioritize daily tasks, track progress, and consistently meet deadlines while contributing to a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Valid and active Series 7 license (or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire).
• If registered after 01‑Oct‑2018, a valid SIE exam is required.
• Series 66 (or 63/65) and Life & Health Insurance licenses must be obtained within 120 days.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
