Print Designer

About the role

FullBeauty Brands™ is seeking a creative Print Designer to join its design team. You will lead the full artwork design process, from market research and color exploration to print adjustment and final approval, ensuring the brand’s plus‑size fashion collections are visually compelling and on‑trend.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with design leadership to create original print artwork that supports brand storytelling.
• Research fashion, color, and cultural trends to shape seasonal print direction.
• Design and execute prints across multiple product categories and seasonal collections.
• Own the print development process from concept through strike‑off approval.
• Develop artwork using hand‑painted and digital techniques while maintaining technical precision.
• Incorporate feedback, refine designs, and deliver print‑ready files.
• Manage multiple projects, meet seasonal calendars, and communicate clearly with factories and vendors.
• Oversee print production to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Build strong vendor relationships and troubleshoot technical challenges.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in fashion design, styling, and print development.
• Proven ability to create original textile prints and work with color libraries.
• Strong understanding of product specifications, industry printing standards, and pitch sheet creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, Illustration, or Textile Design.
