Principal Software Engineer (AI Platform)

About the role

Uniti AI is building advanced AI sales and support agents for the real‑estate industry. As a Principal Software Engineer you will set the technical direction and lead the development of our core AI‑driven platform, ensuring it is reliable, scalable, and delivers measurable value to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead design, development, and deployment of major features across the AI‑driven lead management stack.
• Make critical architectural and infrastructure decisions to support scaling.
• Drive rapid iteration: ship fast, learn fast, and continuously improve.
• Collaborate directly with founders on product direction and technical strategy.
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack with a “no‑task‑too‑small” mindset.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, testing, reviews, and best practices.
• Mentor peers, conduct code reviews, and foster a positive engineering culture.

Required profile

• 7‑12 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production‑grade code.
• Strong background in software design, architecture, and scalable system development.
• Fluent in English with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product, AI, and go‑to‑market teams.
