Principal Product Manager I – Data Quality & Governance

About the role

The Principal Product Manager I will lead data quality initiatives and shape contributory data strategy for LexisNexis Risk Solutions' insurance vertical. Working closely with Data Governance and cross‑functional teams, you will ensure data assets are managed, governed, and leveraged consistently across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Define metrics, KPIs, and quality measures to evaluate data health, completeness, accuracy, and business value.
• Partner with technology teams to influence data modernization, promote strong stewardship, and implement sustainable data‑management practices.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues, articulate business value of contributory data, and build confidence in data‑sharing programs.
• Drive root‑cause analysis, prioritize remediation, and monitor effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Validate product and data strategy using market, competitor, and customer insights.
• Prioritize hypothesis‑driven product evaluations, including A/B testing, and contribute to broader data‑analysis platforms.
• Develop go‑to‑market and launch plans, coordinating execution across product, technology, sales, marketing, and customer‑facing teams.
• Leverage data insights and governance standards to guide investment and prioritization decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product management initiatives with a focus on data quality and governance.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive complex business challenges with minimal direction.
• Strong analytical mindset and capability to translate data insights into strategic product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with internal and external customers.
