Principal Product Manager (Content Authoring, Delivery & CMS)

About the role

The Principal Product Manager will own discovery and execution for Great Minds' content authoring tools, delivery experiences, and content management system. Reporting to the Director of Digital Product Management, this senior individual contributor will shape how curriculum and assessment content is created, managed, and experienced by teachers, students, and administrators.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for authoring, delivery and CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with product design, engineering, curriculum and assessment teams to ensure coherent, scalable solutions.
• Lead user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into prioritized feature sets.
• Manage product backlog, sprint planning and delivery milestones using agile methodologies.
• Measure product impact through data analytics and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Represent the product internally and with external stakeholders to drive adoption and alignment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital learning or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex, user‑focused platforms at scale.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
