About the role

The Principal Consulting Manager leads the Professional Services Group within the Coplogic Solutions Business Unit. This senior position is responsible for guiding managers and professional associates to deliver statewide projects that improve law‑enforcement workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the senior escalation point for assigned projects, making timely decisions within established authority.
• Communicate portfolio performance, financial outlook, customer risks, and delivery dependencies to senior executives.
• Lead a cross‑functional team that recommends resource allocation and executes statewide project plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage multiple consulting teams, fostering a high‑performance culture and empowering staff accountability.
• Mentor Consulting Managers to maintain a strategic, customer‑driven perspective.
• Interact regularly with customers to understand use cases and balance organizational and client needs.
