Principal Consultant – Client Success (Tech, Media & Telecom)

About the role

Fractal Analytics is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead AI‑driven transformation for Fortune 100 clients in the Tech, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, this senior position requires onsite presence and focuses on delivering high‑impact AI, analytics and engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery and growth for Fortune 50 hi‑tech accounts, driving multi‑million‑dollar consulting and delivery revenue.
• Lead large, cross‑functional AI, analytics and engineering initiatives, including AI‑foundations, Agentic AI, and enterprise decision‑making systems.
• Manage global teams of data scientists, engineers and domain experts to achieve program objectives.
• Partner with practice leadership and capability teams across Data & Analytics, AI, MLOps, LLMOps, Cloud engineering, and UX/Design.
• Ensure strong client outcomes with a target NPS of 70+, serving as the primary senior client contact.
• Develop and execute account plans, QBRs, MBRs, and joint business plans.
• Represent Fractal’s full portfolio of AI, engineering, design, and behavioral science solutions.
• Manage account economics, utilization, margins, and delivery health.
• Drive proposals, client presentations, and commercial discussions for new and expanded work.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI‑led transformation programs for Fortune 100 enterprises.
• Track record of managing multi‑million‑dollar relationships and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and ability to navigate complex environments.
• Domain knowledge in retail and marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area.
