Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Part‑Time)

About the role

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. This part‑time position (three days per week) focuses on delivering high‑quality, person‑centered care to residents of skilled nursing and long‑term care facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary care services, including physical exams and medical history assessments, to facility residents.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and manage lab results.
• Develop, adjust, and monitor individualized care plans, prescribing medications as needed.
• Collaborate closely with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options, care goals, and preventive health measures.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted NP, PA, or Physician license in Texas, in good standing.
• Minimum six months experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing settings.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Passion for elder care and a commitment to person‑centered healthcare.
