Pricing Analyst – Revenue Management

About the role

The Pricing Analyst will support Revenue Growth Management for Constellation Brands' beer portfolio. You will translate pricing, pack architecture, consumer and competitive insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business performance insights to guide pricing and promotion decisions for sales and marketing teams.
• Identify and articulate market opportunities across brands, packages and channels using fact‑based analysis.
• Operationalize new RGM methodologies, frameworks and data sources.
• Convert advanced analytics into clear, decision‑ready materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Integrate consumer, competitive and macro‑economic trends into pricing strategy recommendations.
• Model pricing and promotion scenarios to evaluate impacts on volume, revenue, margin and mix.
• Create executive‑level presentations for leadership, distributors and retailers.
• Apply RGM best practices to improve pricing processes, tools and stakeholder capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Predictive Analytics or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue growth management, finance, sales strategy, category management or analytics, preferably in CPG or alcoholic beverages.
• Strong analytical thinking, business judgment and the ability to collaborate across functions.
