Pricing Analyst 1 – Valuation & Pricing

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Pricing & Valuation Analyst 1 to join its valuation team. You will be responsible for providing independent security pricing and valuations for both public and private fund vehicles, supporting portfolio managers, risk, legal, compliance, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain security prices from approved sources and verify daily quotes using secondary data.
• Review variance and exception reports and document good‑faith pricing procedures.
• Maintain the portfolio database and validate fund holdings.
• Prepare reports and respond to queries from fund accountants, auditors, and investment personnel.
• Assist with periodic reporting requirements and fund audit inquiries.
• Develop relationships with pricing vendors to resolve pricing issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or economics within the securities/investment industry.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles as applied to daily pricing.
• Strong analytical abilities to handle foreign‑currency translations, futures, options, swaps, and corporate actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
• CFA designation or progress toward it is preferred but not required.
