Pricer – Retail Merchandise Pricing

About the role

As a Pricer at RWB Thrift, you will set prices for donated merchandise that reaches the sales floor. Your work directly influences revenue and customer satisfaction by ensuring items are priced competitively based on condition, quality, and market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the value of donated items using condition, quality, and market data.
• Apply pricing strategies to maximize sales while maintaining competitive pricing.
• Use pricing tools and resources to keep pricing consistent across all product categories.
• Collaborate with Pricer Support staff to ensure coverage and accuracy during absences.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust prices to optimize turnover.
• Maintain documentation of pricing decisions and updates.
• Communicate pricing changes to team members and management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail pricing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate product value and market trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
