About the role

The Pricer at RWB Thrift is responsible for assigning accurate prices to donated merchandise that will be sold on the sales floor. This role directly influences revenue by balancing competitive pricing with market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the value of donated items based on condition, quality, and market trends.
• Apply pricing strategies to ensure competitive pricing and maximize sales potential.
• Use pricing tools and resources to maintain consistent pricing across all product categories.
• Collaborate with Pricer Support personnel to ensure coverage and accuracy during absences.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust prices as needed to optimize turnover.
• Maintain documentation of pricing decisions and adjustments.
• Communicate pricing updates to team members and management.
• Support store initiatives and promotions through timely pricing execution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail pricing or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate product value and market trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb occasionally and stand for extended periods.
