About the role

The company is looking for a motivated sales professional to develop and manage the sale of its products through the traditional retail channel in Santa Cruz. You will be responsible for ensuring proper product placement, executing trade‑marketing initiatives, and achieving commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

Sell company products in the traditional retail channel.
Expand product coverage to maximize presence across as many points of sale as possible.
Implement POP materials and follow trade‑marketing guidelines.
Achieve monthly sales targets and meet assigned commercial indicators.

Required profile

Graduate or holder of a degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or related business fields (preferred but not mandatory).
Previous experience selling fast‑moving consumer goods, with at least one year in a similar role (preferred).
Own a motorcycle with valid documentation and be willing to travel across different zones.
Residency in or willingness to work in Santa Cruz.
